No doudt communication skils are very important to have a great cereer. And I think that we can separate some of them: 1. You are really neet to give clear and concise information. You partners won't listen to you for and hours. 2. Furthemore, it is really great if you can work in group. If you want to be a leader, you need to motivate team members to focus on common objectives. 3. In my point of view the most important skill is listnening. You can't listen only to you, but it will be good if you will listen to all points of view, find the best and make a productive solution. To sum up I can say that leader can't work without communication skills.
