In my opinion people are the owners of our planet,so the future of our planet is in our hands and we need to do something now to protect it until it's too late.
ReplyDeleteTo protect the natural beauty of our planet we need to save our nature,animals and plants.We can establish wildlife reserves for endangered species and plants,make a contribution to special funds, for example WWF or Greenpeace.Also we can impose strict fines for illegal hunting.
In my view nowadays all people on our planet know about environmental problems,but they don't think that it is in such a bad condition.So,firstly,we need to make people know what is really happening to our planet.We can make different newspapers,TV programmes, blogs about environmental problems and spread it.
As far as I concerned,I think we should raise public awareness and also we should impose strict fines for illegal hunting.These things should be done in the same time and as soon as possible,because we can't watch how animals are dying for money and how our planet is destroying by pollution and human's indifference.
You are absolutely right about people's indifference. I would also add people's passiveness and irresponsibility to the list of causes of our planet's destruction.
DeleteConservation of the environment is essential. It saves our natural resources, reduces pollution and landfill. For instance, fresh water levels in many parts of the world have dropped alarmingly. Water shortage is a growing problem. If there is no water on Earth, there will be no life, no environment. So, it is very important that we conserve fresh water. By saving water we would be saving the lives of plants, animals and mankind. That's how conservation would be benefiting the environment too!

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion people should do both of those two variants: raising public awareness and imposing stricter fines. Raising people awareness should start in kindergarten, because minds of peoples start developing in early ages, so in europe there are a lot of places where that technic is using. But despite our efforts will be people who don't care about world around them. And for this people should involve methods of punishment, such as stricter fines.All money which people will earn by nature they will pay as fines, and in future they will think about it and maybe they will raise their awareness.
An interesting idea: to raise people's awareness by imposing stricter fines. But what kind of awareness will it raise? Maybe people will be aware of how to avoid punishment but not of how to protect nature?
DeleteI think that preserving the environment is very relevant today. Over the last hundred years, people have invented many machines, mastered many areas, and thereby caused irreparable harm to the environment. And if we do not take any actions, we can finally destroy the habitat of various species of animals and plants.

One of the main problems of a modern man is dependent on media information (TV, the internet ...), but if you need to "drive" something in people's heads, it's the best option. Tell them about it everywhere: in the news, morning broadcasts, interviews with international stars, and they will think about it, and they will do what you want.
If we talk about what is better: to inform people, or to impose high fines , there you need to understand that people know that it is forbidden to do, know about fines, but they continue to break the law. Because of it is easier to pay the fine than to remain without pleasure. So I think it's better to criminalize serious breaches.
